All deposits are final, you can reschedule at a later time if you can not make your scheduled appointment. You must give us 24 advanced notice if you can not make your session. Your session starts at the scheduled time even if you are not present. All clients are treated equally and being late throws off other people’s session time. We truly appreciate your understanding of the matter.
